وقّعت مجموعة EXU اتفاقية شراكة استراتيجية مع مجموعة TNECSAN من جمهورية جنوب أفريقيا، وذلك بحضور معالي الدكتور ثاني بن أحمد الزيودي، وزير التجارة الخارجية، في خطوة تعكس التزام المجموعة بتوسيع شراكاتها الدولية وتعزيز التعاون في القطاعات المستقبلية ذات الأولوية.
وجاءت هذه الاتفاقية امتدادًا لزيارة رسمية سابقة أجرتها مجموعة EXU إلى جمهورية جنوب أفريقيا، حيث أثمرت الزيارة عن بناء علاقات استراتيجية مع عدد من الجهات والشركات الرائدة، لتتوج اليوم بتوقيع هذه الاتفاقية مع مجموعة TNECSAN، بما يعكس نجاح الجهود المشتركة في تحويل فرص التعاون إلى شراكات استراتيجية تسهم في دعم الابتكار، والتحول الرقمي، وتطوير الحلول الذكية بين البلدين.
وتهدف الاتفاقية إلى بناء شراكة استراتيجية طويلة الأمد بين الجانبين، بما يسهم في تطوير وتنفيذ مشاريع مبتكرة في مجالات التحول الرقمي، والابتكار، والحلول الأمنية المتقدمة، والمدن الذكية، والتنقل الذكي، إلى جانب استكشاف فرص استثمارية وتقنية مشتركة تدعم التنمية المستدامة وتواكب التحولات المتسارعة في الاقتصاد الرقمي.
